Behold, the Lord Comes!

The Book of Jude was written as an open letter to churches, in order to encourage us to fight for the faith. The reason for this call to arms is that false teachers had infiltrated the church. They had wormed their way into congregations and were deceiving and confusing people with false doctrines.

Jude doesn’t pull any punches when he shares how God feels about these false teachers: they are dangerous to the church, and they are doomed. They have an appointment with God’s judgment that cannot be cancelled.
