In this session, our hero is David. Those who are familiar with the story of David know that he was a man of contrasts. He was a great leader of a nation, but he was a poor father to his children. He was a man of great faith, but he was a man of great sin. He did some wonderful things, but he also did some atrocious things.
Good news: when it comes to how God evaluates a person’s life, He is looking for faithfulness, not sinless perfection.
Let's look at 1 Samuel 16:6-13 and Hebrews 11:32-34.
