The Tax Collector

What the Gospel of Mark lacks in length, it makes up for in impact. We are only going to look at 5 verses today, but this is what is packed into those verses: the calling of another disciple, a scandalous twist in the storyline, another clash between Jesus and the scribes and Pharisees, and a clear statement from Jesus about His mission.
