PEP (Parents Encouraging Parents) Moms is a fellowship time for mothers of children of all ages.  Whether you have a newborn at home or are trying to cut the apron strings with your high schooler, motherhood can be joyful, frustrating, and lonely at times, and that’s why PEP Moms was established.

Our goals are to:  - Provide opportunities for spiritual and emotional growth in a Christian-based format;  - Encourage positive and practical ideas on parenting, marriage, and family relationships;  - Develop close friendships and promote fun and fellowship;  - Leave the meetings feeling valued, supported, and energized

PEP Moms Meeting   Friday, September 17th, in the church parlor, from 9:15 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Join us for fun, fellowship, devotion and Fall Luncheon with Mrs. Sarah Maddox   speaking on "For Such a Time As This" Catered lunch will be served. Mom's of all ages are welcome!  Invite your friends!     Upcoming Meetings: October 15, November 19, & December 10, 2010 January 21, February 11, March 18, & April 15, 2011 PEP Moms meets from 9:15am - 12:00pm on these dates (weather permitting) in the church parlor. Each meeting begins with a guest speaker followed by small group interactions and activities based on each meeting's topic. A typical meeting is as follows: 9:15am : Nursery drop-off & registration 9:30am : Announcements & Speaker 10:30am : Small Group Time / Activities 12:00pm : Pick up children

Quality childcare is available in the church nursery for children birth through preschool, 9:15am - 12:00pm.  There is no charge for childcare.  However, if nursery is needed, it is recommended that you register for PEP Moms early to increase your chances of reserving a spot for your child/children, as space is limited.

Registration for PEP Moms begins in August, but you can join at any time during the year.  There is a one-time $15 registration fee for annual enrollment which includes a fall and spring luncheon.  Confidential scholarships are available by contacting the church office.  You do not have to be a member of First Baptist Church to attend.  Everyone is welcome!
